Our dishes at L’Escalier restaurant in Pecetto Torinese are made with mainly Italian seasonal ingredients from a short food supply chain with the sole purpose of stimulating pleasure for the palate and for the eyes, respecting both flavour and the environment. Furthermore, our menu is changed frequently in order to use in-season produce to enhance the classic dishes of different periods of the year. Our wine list offers a wide range of excellent regional wines, whilst our selected craft beers and liqueurs will fully complete your tasting and sensory experience.
Our staff
The menu, through the rhythm of the seasons, their colours and flavours, expresses the essence of Italian and Mediterranean contemporary cuisine according to the interpretation of Luca Frasson and his right-hand-man Federico Tonetti, our young sous chef who is an established member of the Escalier team.
